From the Kitchen: Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
An easy add-in would be some sauteed mushrooms or other veggies of your choice.
Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients (2–3 servings)
• 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped small
• 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup whole milk
• ½–¾ cup shredded Colby Jack or Parmesan
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 clove garlic (optional but good)
• Salt
• Black pepper

Instructions
Make the Alfredo sauce
In a skillet over medium heat:
Melt 1 tablespoon butter
Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds.
Pour in:
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup milk
Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Add cheese slowly and stir until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken and broccoli
Stir in:
• chopped rotisserie chicken
• steamed broccoli
Let everything heat together 3–4 minutes so the sauce coats everything.

Adjust texture
If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of milk.
This is super tasty! I sautéed mushrooms in my buttered skillet before I added the milk and cream. It was an easy add-in.
